2. Scope
This policy describes the personal data processed when you visit this website. It does not cover the processing of patient data in our products, which takes place exclusively within our customers' own IT environments and is governed by contract.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, the host processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL. This serves delivery, stability and security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; transfers to the USA are safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses. Log data is deleted after a short period.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the details you provide (name, email address, message content) to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise (f)). The data is deleted once the enquiry is resolved and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Cookies, local storage, fonts
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Your language choice is stored only locally in your browser (local storage) and is not transmitted to us; it is required to display the site in your chosen language. Fonts are served from our own server; no connections to third-party font providers are made.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
